The location was unbeatable and fantastic, close to Leidse Square. Got a nice size and beautiful twin room with big window to backyard when arrived, truly enjoyed that. - Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Amsterdam.

The location is great, you should just walk a short to reach the Museums, Heineken, Park, entertainment area, and also easy to acces the Central Station by tram. Breakfast is simple but OK.
Our room was quiet cold, and yes, a mouse visited our room every night.

The hotel was well priced and brilliant, located in a lively area not far from key attractions like the Anne Frank House, the Van Gogh museum, and more. I booked a twin room for 3 nights and had a very comfortable stay. the breakfast was delicious, with options like hot scrambled eggs and omelettes.

It is very conveniently located to the entertainment district and near the museum district.
I am quite used to this type accommodation. One thing I did not like about the hotel was the box springs had been urinated on, and left uncleaned. We found this out after having to put the mattress on the floor, because it was so worn out that both parties wound up in a "v" in the middle. The other thing I did not like was the floor outside our shared toilette. When stepped on, it gave way to the point that I literally thought I'd fallen through the floor and into the basement. It literally sank about 5 cm under my 80Kg of weight, which was disconcerting at the least.

I loved superior double room with bathroom. The staff was easy going, they blew my mind. The hotel was short walk to Museumplein, and a main trolley line from Centraal station and Vondelpark thanks to its stunning location.

This is my second stay there - each time with one of my teenage children. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the location perfect as it is close enough to walk wherever you want to but not so close to the city centre to be loud and intimidating. The rooms are basic but adequate as is the breakfast.
Just the shower room really - we preferred to use the sink in the bedroom instead as we were only staying for two nights
